Cancellation or Changes
We are here to help. If you realise after you have placed your order that you have made a mistake, you have 24 hours (or the next business day) to contact us to make any amendments. Please phone us on +61 402 328 228 to ensure we are notified of the changes.

Because your custom made blinds will begin to be manufactured immediately after this period, InDesign Blinds can only accept this time frame. In the event that this time passes InDesign Blinds will not be able to adjust or cancel your order.

InDesign Blinds reserves the right to cancel your order if:

Your payment was declined by your financial institution;
We cannot fulfil your order due to shortage of stock (we will contact you to suggest a suitable replacement);
One or more of the goods you order was listed at an incorrect price, due to a typographical error listed on this website or due to website malfunction;
You require delivery outside Australia.

If we do cancel your order, we will re-credit your credit card and notify you via email as soon as possible. InDesign Blinds will not be liable to offer any compensation for any pain or suffering caused by the cancellation.

Incorrect Product Sizes
At InDesign Blinds, we take pride in making it as easy as possible to guide you through the measuring process and ensure you get it right. Review the measuring instructions provided online and contact us directly should you have any questions that are not answered on the website, you have a specific situation that requires specialised advice or are simply not sure before you place your order.

Before submitting your order, be sure to check and double check your measurements as well as reviewing your cart to confirm you have entered the measurements incorrectly before proceeding through to Checkout.

All InDesign Blinds products are custom made to your exact specifications, thus we are unable to offer a return on your custom made blinds as they have been made specific to your unique windows, and are therefore not suitable for resale or restocking.

InDesign Blinds takes no responsibility for products that have been ordered incorrectly.

Faulty Goods
After receiving your goods, we ask that you inspect and report any faults within 14 days of delivery. If you receive a product that is faulty, please follow the steps below:

Take a photo of the product to demonstrate the fault
Email it through to enquiries@inDesignblinds.com.au with a description of the issue.
You can also call Customer Service on +61 414 958 437 to report the fault.

The team here at InDesign Blinds will assess the situation. If it is deemed that the fault was made in production of the product, the product will be remade and replaced in full at no extra charge. Alternatively, you have the option of asking for a full refund.

PVC Plantation Shutters Material – Width & Weight
Important please note: Due to the weight and nature of PVC shutters it is common for panel widths that are greater, but not limited to, 750mm to drop slightly once they have been opened out of the frame and will need to be lifted gently to be closed back into the frame. I seek blinds considers this normal for this type of shutter and therefore is not subject to any fault or warranty claim.
